SF Consumption Based Emissions Inventory

San Francisco and California Consumption Based Emissions Inventory: The CBEI study was commissioned by the Department of Environment from Stockholm Environment Institute. The study estimates the greenhouse gases released to produce, transport, sell, use, and dispose of goods and services consumed in San Francisco and for the State of California.
